The Main House

The Main House is a fully furnished 2-bedroom split-level house facing the bay. Features include a private patio and barbeque, two dining areas and a large living room. The master bedroom located at the top of the stairs contains 2 Queen sized beds, large closet, and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and single bed with a large closet. There is also a half bath downstairs. This home can sleep up to 6 adults and 2-4 kids. This house was built in the 1970’s by women known in the keys as “the 3 sisters” who started Meals on Wheels. It has been remodeled, but still has their small library of old books for your enjoyment. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave and barbeque. It boasts a very nice view of the entire property including the bay. If you want some space this cottage will be perfect for you.

If you would like to do any sailing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, Everglades exploring, bird watching or just relaxing in a warm tropical paradise, this vacation is ideal for you! Each of our cottages comes with a FREE designated 22′ sailboat for your entire stay (sailing lessons are available). No hustle and bustle, and you can sail from sun up to sun down. Also included for free is usage of all of our non-motorized water toys such as Rowing Dory, canoes, kayaks, smaller sailboats, adult & kid size paddle boats, snorkel/fishing gear and floating toys. PLUS a sunset cruise on our 40′ Catamaran with a water slide! This boat also seconds as your own private little island parked just 100 yards off of our docks that you can swim or kayak out to and IT’S ALL FREE with your cottage rental!! If you aren’t a sailor yet but want to learn, have no fear! We can set aside a boat for you and provide sailing lessons, as long as you let us know in advance.
